In our Fotech Technology Center, experts are working who are trained and certified by our business partners.

On the devices sent to our center by the customer, device-specific functional tests can be performed, latest software updates can be done and all the improvement and service updates released by our business partners can be performed free of charge. All the operations performed on the devices are shared with the manufacturer business partners’ service centers via special web-based softwares.

Fotech is an “EXFO Platinum Certified Service Center” of its business partner Exfo, which is a limited availability in the world. At the same time, it also serves as Sumitomo Europe Limited regional distributor for repair and software update operations on fusion splicers of its business partner Sumitomo. With these authorizations, Fotech is capable of doing repair/maintenance, part replacement, software update, etc. We are also capable of providing fault diagnosis, maintenance, updating and test patch cord replacement services to a certain level for our business partner Ideal’s LanTEK devices.
